Mobile, Manufactured, and Modular
Coverage for your mobile or manufactured home, seasonal or vacation & your rental homes. Comprehensive coverage is available on most homes. Includes agreed loss provision and replacement cost settlement options. We are your go-to place for all things Mobile.
Specialty Home
Coverage for secondary & seasonal homes, rental properties including short-term rentals (VBRO/Airbnb, etc.), vacant homes, tiny homes, investment properties and older or low-value homes. Farmers has a variety of coverage options.

Declining Deductibles®
You can earn $50 toward your deductible each year the policy remains in force.
Claims Free Discount®
You will receive a discount if you’ve been claim-free with Farmers (or your previous insurer) for three consecutive years.

Your premium doesn’t increase because of a claim if you’ve been claim free with Farmers for five continuous years.
All Perils
Most home policies have a list of perils that are covered (wind, fire, etc). Our home policy is special in that it covers ANY peril unless it’s specifically excluded in the policy. This provides you with very broad coverage.
